1 pkggrill mates white wine and herb
1whole chicken
to tasteBbq sauce, as needed,
1 bottlebeer

Toss the seasonings and beer in the bottom off the crockpot and stir

Place the bird in, turning on all sides

Baste bbq sauce on all sides if doing bbq sauce
4

Cook on low 6 to 8 hours
