6 to 8 hours

  • O.5 oz grill mates montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 pkggrill mates tomato, garlic & basil marinade
  • 1 pkggrill mates white wine and herb
  • 1whole chicken
  • to tasteBbq sauce, as needed,
  • 1 bottlebeer

Steps

6 to 8 hours
  1. 1

    Toss the seasonings and beer in the bottom off the crockpot and stir

  2. 2

    Place the bird in, turning on all sides

  3. 3

    Baste bbq sauce on all sides if doing bbq sauce

  4. 4

    Cook on low 6 to 8 hours
