Baked Seekh Kebabs:
Blend together yogurt, coriander, onion and mint leaves, green chillies, cashewnuts, all spices, salt, oil and egg...
Mix ol together with mince meat and marinate for 3 hrs...
Shape in seekh kebabs and arrange on greased trays.. - 2
Bake in oven on 220 C till done, can baste with it's juice kuming out on tray with oil...
Remove in casserole, do charcoal smoke (red hot charcoals kip on steel bowl lower in pan and pour 1 tsp ghee on de coal, cover it so smoke cannot escape)...
