250 gmBlack carrot
2 tspSalt
1 tspRed chilli powder
50 gmBanarasi rai
4-6 glassWater
1airtight container

Wash and diced carrots

Grind rai.

In container add water. Salt rai chilli powder and carrot mix it well. Keep it in sunlight for 5 to 6 days. Check it if enough sour then ok otherwise keep it for one more day in sunlight.
