Ingredients

  1. 250 gmBlack carrot
  2. 2 tspSalt
  3. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  4. 50 gmBanarasi rai
  5. 4-6 glassWater
  6. 1airtight container

Steps

    Wash and diced carrots

  2. 2

    Grind rai.

  3. 3

    In container add water. Salt rai chilli powder and carrot mix it well. Keep it in sunlight for 5 to 6 days. Check it if enough sour then ok otherwise keep it for one more day in sunlight.
