  4. 10Badam
  5. 1 tbspPoppy seeds
  6. 4Elaichi
  7. 2 tspJeera
  8. 1 tspBlack pepper
  9. 1 tspSoaf
  10. 1/2 tspDry coriander seeds

Steps

5 hour
  1. 1

    Soak dry ingredients 4 to 5 hour

  2. 2

    Grind these soak ingredients in mixer

  3. 3

    Mix this mixture in milk

  4. 4

    Sieve this mixture

  5. 5

    Now add ice cubes

  6. 6

    Serve chilled thandai.
