Ingredients

  1. 250 gmflour
  2. 125 gmbutter
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 1 cuphot milk
  5. 3/4 teaspoonbaking powder
  6. 1 teaspooncustard powder
  7. Butter cream
  8. Fondant
  9. Marshmallows vegeterian
  10. For decoration:-

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar, then add milk and mix. Add flour mixture and mix. Put in cake cases and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. It will take about 12 to 15 minutes. Depending on oven

    1. Cut the marsh mallow diagonally and put them in a zip lock bag. Add gold dust and shake it.
    Spread butter cream and decorate with marshmallows.

    Stick the marshmallows on buttercream

    Cut round discs to insert on top of cake.

    Cut flowers for decoration

    2. Spread buttercream and stick the fondant round and with edible glue stick the mini flowers.

    3 In a piping bag decorate with buttercream and insert any type of decoration or leave it plain.

Hi all, my name is Rekha. I am Indian by birth, born in Uganda, East Africa, I now live in Wilby, Northamptonshire/England.I retired at the age of 60 due to severe arthritis. I am married, a mother and grandmother.I learnt to cook from my parents at a very young age of seven. I started to cook simple dishes for the family and gradually learnt how to cook. My mum use to cook at our shop where we sold Indian sweets and savouries. I have learnt a lot from my mum. I started cooking fusion dishes and learning from others. My strong point is making sweet dishes and innovating new dishes. I can improvise and be creative in leftover dishes.I love being on Cookpad because I can share and learn new recipes. I have also made a lot of friends.
