Spinach chole tikki

Clean spinach leaves and wash with water. Blanch and book it light.and cool it.

Grind the all spinach with boil chole and make a thick paste.

And add all ingredients and salt,spices in it mixture.mix it well.

Take some mixture make round plate shape.

Take a pan and shallow fry all rolls till golden brown on low and medium flame.

Now serve hot spinach chole tikki with green chutney and 🍅 tomato sauce.
