2 tablespoonpoppy seeds paste
3-4green chillies chopped
1/4coriander leaves
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and saute gourd sliced

Add salt turmeric powder

Saute well and cover till it become soft

As the moisture dries up add poppy seeds paste and green chillies chopped

Add sugar and coriander leaves chopped
