Ingredients

25 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cupchana soaked
  2. 2 tbsproasted masala (cumin, coriander,red chilli and bay leaf)
  3. 1 tbsptamarind pulp
  4. 1" ginger paste
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  7. 3-4green chillies
  8. 1 tspcumin seed
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1red chilli whole
  11. To tastesalt and jaggery
  12. As neededoil

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

  2. 2

    As it crackle add ginger paste saute well

  3. 3

    Add roasted masala powder and mix

  4. 4

    Pour the boiled chana,mix well adding red chilli Powder

  5. 5

    Add jaggery and green chillies
