250 gramwater spinach chopped
1 tspnigella seeds
3-4green chillies chopped
1/2 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

As it splutter add the chopped spinach
3

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover it
4

Stir occasionally removing the cover
5

When the spinach get soft add sugar and mix
6

Serve it with rice
