  1. Pinchsaffron soaked
  2. 500 gmHung curd
  3. 1/3 cupsugar powder
  4. 1/2 tspnutmeg powder
  5. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  6. 5-6blenched almonds

    Put hung curd in mixing bowl, add sugar powder and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Add nutmeg powder,cardamom powder,soaked saffron and mix it very well.

  3. 3

    Scoop out the shrikhand in individual cup and garnished with almonds.
