4 servings

15fresh tomatoes(blended)
6fresh pepper (blended)
1onion bulb (chopped)
5knorr cube
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1 kggoat meat
to tasteSalt

Steps

Wash and boil meat with salt and knorr cube for 20min

Get another pot add vegetable oil allow to get hot then pour onions,pepper and tomatoes stir until tomatoes water is not found.

Then pour in the meat stock then allow to boil for 10min,serve with white rice.
