Steps

Wash the pomo with strong sponge to remove dirt.boil in a pressure pot with onion for 30minutes.

Pour back in a cooking pot,add more water and palmoil and boil till the oil is well mixed.

Blend the ogbono and put uncover and boil till is slimmy.

Add ogiri,Crayfish,seasoning,Dry pepper after 20minutes is ready.

Cut and blend the cabbage in a blend with a little water,drain the water out and boil add the phsllum husk to thickner it and your cabbage swallow is ready.
