Rinish the poha in water till they soften.

Now add salt, sugar, turmeric powder to the poha and gently mix.

Dry rost the peanut in a pan till they became crunchy.

Heat oil in the same pan, crackle mustard seed first.

Add onion, curry leaves, green chilli saute until the onions turn lightlay pink.

Now add potato and saute few min. Cover and cook on a low heat until soft and cook completely.if need can sprinkle some water and cook.

Once done, saute for another minute.

Now add poha and mix well and cover the pan.

Cook poha low flame until the poha turne hot. Now add a lemon juice and garnish coriander leaves serve hot...
