Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 tbspwhite rice
  • Few small chunks of cauliflower
  • 2 tbspsweet corn puree
  • 1boiled egg yolk
  • 400 mlhomemade chicken stock
  • 1 blockplain cheese(laughing cow brand)

Steps

  1. 1

    Washed rice and put into slow cooker

  2. 2

    Add chicken stock and cauliflower

  3. 3

    Set to auto mode estimated for around 3 hours

  4. 4

    When become porridge, add sweet corn puree and egg yolk. Stir well

  5. 5

    Add grated cheese on top before serving
