Ingredients

15 mins
  1. 50 gmpre soaked moong daal (yellow split lentil)
  2. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  3. as neededOil for deep frying
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. as neededCurry leaves/green chillies/red chilli powder.. add any one of them or all as you like

    Add all the above ingredients to moong daal and grind to a fine semi solid paste/batter

  2. 2

    With help of two spoons place little batter to hot oil and deep fry them
