Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCooked rice
  2. 1/2 cupPalm sugar
  3. 4 tsp Ghee
  4. 10Cashews

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the leftover cooked rice into fine paste.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan. add ghee &roast cashews into golden brown

  3. 3

    Add rice paste into pan & mix well.

  4. 4

    Add palm sugar and mix well till sugar dissloves

  5. 5

    Add rest of ghee & mix well.

  6. 6

    Once the halwa leaves the pan & goose out ghee.
