First take a mixer add coconut grated green chillies chanadal groundnuts ginegr piece salt water sugar and grind it make a chutney like

Then transfer it in a bowl and take a tadka pan on gas keep it low falme

Add oil and mustard Cumin seeds

Once splutter add curry leaves red chillies and add hing also

Transfer into a bowl and mix and if required add water and salt and serve fresh

Best with idly or dosas or gunta punugulus
