Mash the potatoes add salt, and other ingredients and spices.Mix it well.

Cut the sides of bread and dip in water then keep this slice between palms and squeeze out excess water.

Put the potatoes filling on this wet slice and make a roll.

Now take a pan add the oil and heat it

Deep fry all rolls on low and medium flame till golden brown.

Now serve hot bread rolls with chutney and sauce.
