Mix the flour,maize flour and salt

Beat the egg and add to the flour mixture,add the milk make sure the batter is thick if its too watery it will not stick

Season with the royco or any other desired to the batter

Put the chicken in the batter making sure all sides are coated

Serve n enjoy with favourite meal

Fry oil in a pan till hot.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown on all sides
