Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgAlphonso Mango pulp
  • 1/2 cupAlmonds Soaked for 1 hr
  • 1/2 cupWarm milk
  • Few strandsSaffron

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the skin of Almonds

  2. 2

    Soak saffron in warm milk and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Adding little water,grind the Almonds to make Almond milk

  4. 4

    In a mixi jar,add mango pulp, Almond milk and blend for 2 mins.

  5. 5

    Add Kesar strands

  6. 6

    Delicious Aamras is Ready to serve

  7. 7

    It's Yummy
