Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/2 cupwater or more if required
  • 1/2 cupmethi fresh
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as neededOil to smear on paratha

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients and make a tight dough and rest it for 3 hours then roll out like paratha and smear oil and serve with some liquid side dish.
