Wash and clean colocasia leaves

Boil water with Colocasia leaves, Tamarind,salt and bird's eye chilli until the colour of leaves change.

Let it cool and afterwards grind it with grated coconut.

Prepare tempering in a kadai using oil, mustard, jeera, garlic, red dry chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida

Add the grinded mix into tempering.

Now add turmeric powder, jaggery.

Boil it is nicely.

Serve with hot rice.
