Grilled Herbed Chicken Wings

Chicken is the best when we need some snacks in the evening. Chicken takes least time to get cooked yet it tastes amazing. Here I used used Chicken Wings to prepare these Herbed Chicken Wings.

Chicken is the best when we need some snacks in the evening. Chicken takes least time to get cooked yet it tastes amazing. Here I used used Chicken Wings to prepare these Herbed Chicken Wings.
Steps

Wash Chicken Wings properly and make them pat dry.

Marinate Chicken Wings with herbs like Oregano, Dry Basil Leaves, Dry Parsley Leaves, Red Chilli Flakes and Black Pepper Powder and Salt. Rub the herbs and spices properly. Keep marinated chicken wings for at least half an hour.

Before cooking and grilling chicken wings, pour melted butter on marinated chicken wings.

Now add the remaining butter on the nonstick pan/tawa and heat it up on low flame. Now add marinated Chicken Wings in the pan saute it for few minutes. Now cook and grill chicken wings on high flame and keep flipping and overturning chicken wings during cooking.

Keep cooking till chicken wings are tendered and cooked.

Serve Hot with A Dip made of Mayonnaise and Tomato Ketchup.
