1 bowlpoha(washed and soaked)
1 tbspghee
2 tbspsugar or as per taste
1/2 tspcardamom powder
1 tbspraw peanuts

Heat a pan with 1 tbsp of ghee. Roast raw peanuts for about 1 min.

Add poha, cardamom powder and sugar.

Mix gently and cook covered for another 1 min.

Switch off the flame.. Don't open immediately..Serve with any type of chiwda.
