Ingredients

  1. 3onions cut lengthwise
  2. 3tomatoes cut lengthwise
  3. 1 pieceginger
  4. 4-5 clovesgarlic
  5. 3-4green chillies
  6. 1 serving spoonmalai (cream of the milk)
  7. 6 tbsp ghee/ oil
  8. 1 tsphaldi
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspkitchen king masala
  11. 1 tspGaram Masala
  12. 1 tspKasturi Methi
  13. 1 tspcoriander leaves
  14. 500 gmspaneer cut into cubes
  15. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee, add onions ; saute till transparent.

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes ; ginger garlic and green chillies.

  3. 3

    Mix and all the dry masalas.

  4. 4

    Add malai, mix and saute till oil/ ghee leaves the sides of the pan.

  5. 5

    Switch off the flame.

  6. 6

    Allow it to cool.

  7. 7

    Grind it to fine paste.

  8. 8

    Add water if required.

  9. 9

    In the same pan ; add little ghee/ oil, saute the paste for 10mins.

  10. 10

    Add required water and boil the gravy for 15-20mins.

  11. 11

    Add paneer cubes ; kasturi methi and coriander leaves.

  12. 12

    Transfer in the lunch box along with hot Paratha / rotis.
