Wash and soak the moong dal for 1 hour.In a frypan, add water and heat it.When it's boiling, add ghee, salt and soaked moongdal.

Mix well. Add the rice flour and stir. Turn off flame and continue stirring.

Now add the red chilli powder, cumin, hing and sesame seeds.

Take a ball and roll it Make ring type shape.

Heat a pan or kadai with oil.
Once the oil is very hot, drop the chikodi and fry it colour in brown.
