Fry soya chaps with stick.till golden brown.

Remove sticks and cut them into small pieces.

Take two spoon oil in a pan.

Add onion paste.saute till pink.add ginger garlic paste

Add tomatoes and spices

Saute till dark brown.

Mix fried chaps.

Mix well.add some water and cover with a lid

Saute 10 minutes.

Garnish with green coriander.

Serve hot with roti
