Ingredients

  • 1jar
  • Lots of spinach
  • A fewcherry tomatoes
  • 1 handfulwalnuts
  • Some kidney beans
  • Carrot, grated
  • Beetroot, grated
  • Turmeric
  • Cooked rice or quinoa
  • Some salad dressing
  • Salt & pepper
  • Optional - Left-over cooked chicken

Steps

    Put all of the ingredients in the jar...

  2. 2

    Close the jar and shake it a little to mix up the ingredients.

  3. 3

    Store in the fridge until needed, but probably no longer than a day or two!
