Knead dough of wheat flour with water. It should be soft. Keep aside.

Chop mint leaves.

Now take some dough and roll it like you roll chapati.

Apply ghee all over chapati. Sprinkle salt. Sprinkle mint leaves.

Now make strips of this chapati by cutting with a knife or pizza cutter. Sprinkle some wheat flour on it.

Now put 1 strip on another.

Make a ball (peda) of it.

Roll it again with light hands.

Heat a tawa and apply ghee. Now cook your pudina lachha paratha on tawa.

Apply ghee on both sides. Cook till golden in colour on medium heat.
