Boil noodles.. first nonstick pan add oil curry leaves

Garlic paste add grated carrots saute few minutes.

Add carrot saute few minutes.now add potato.mix well.

Add turmeric powder Soya sauce Schezwan sauce cornstarch mix well saute few minutes.

Add garma masala salt noodles.mix well.now switch of the gas. ready..

Firstly knead dough for making samosa. For this take maida in a bowl, add ghee, salt and cumin seeds.

SaltMix all ingredients really well. Add little water at a time and knead hard dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 1 hour for fermenting.

Ready samosa &deep fry
