In a bowl add flour,& ghee,rub it.

Flour will be absorbed whole ghee.

Knead it with little water.

Make.a tight dough.

Heat a pan.make thick chapatis from this dough.

Put it on the pan, bake it in slow flame both sides.

Remove it from the flame.

Keep it a side for cooling.

Break the roti in the pieces.

Grind it in mixture.

Take it out in.bowl & mix sugar,.

Now churma is ready for serve.
