Add curd and water in a bowl and mix well.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, salt and gram flour in the above mixture.

Now take a wok and add oil in it. Add clove, curry leaves, dries red chilli and jeera in it.

Now add curd mixture in it and boil it.

Now add jaggery in it and boil for 3-4 minutes. And serve it with jeera rice.
