Steps

Preheat the oven to 425° F

Cut the peppers into desired slices (thicker is better)

Lay them out on cookie tray lined with aluminum foil

Cover peppers with desired amount of olive oil
- 5
Put salt, black pepper, and any other spices on the peppers
- 6
Cook for 20 minutes, flipping the peppers at 10 min
- 7
If not a little browned at 20 min, you can leave them in for longer or until desired taste
