Ingredients

  1. 100grams/1 cup besan/gram flour
  2. 200 grams (2 cup)melted ghee
  3. 175grams(1.5 cup) sugar
  4. 1/4 cupwater

    For making mysore pak prepare sugar syrup.place sugar in pan add water

  2. 2

    Turn on gas,cook until sugar gets desolved then check it,cook for 3 minutes

    Take one drop in a bowl and try sticking with your thumb and forefinger

  4. 4

    In another bowl add melted ghee and besan,mix well

  5. 5

    Until all lumps gets desolved

  6. 6

    Now add beson mixture slowly slowly in sugar syrup, keep the flame medium

  7. 7

    Keep stirring constantly untill

  8. 8

    Colour of besan get changed

  9. 9

    Maysore pak is ready,turn of the gas

  10. 10

    Take out in a plate

  11. 11

    After get little frigid cut into pieces

  12. 12

    Mysore pak ready to served
