Ingredients

  1. 1brinjal
  2. 1/2capsicum (cut in to square pieces)
  3. 1onion (cut in to squre pieces)
  4. As needed Ghee / butter (for grill)
  5. to tasteChaat masala (for sprinkling)
  6. For marination:
  7. 1 cupcurd (thick)
  8. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  9. 1 tspred chilli
  10. 1/4 tspblack salt
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  13. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1/2lemon juice
  15. To tasteSalt
  16. 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    For marination, add all ingredients and mix it well.

    Add brinjal, onion and capsicum in marination and mix it. Keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

    Heat grill pan, put brinjal, capsicum and onion. Add 1 tbsp ghee and grill it both sides.

    Sprinkle chaat masala on it and arrange it on toothpicks and serve it with chutney or tomato sauce.
