Luchi means puri made of maida and Payesh means kheer... thickened full fat milk,is the Bengali Traditional sweet.
Steps

For Luchi,mix all together all purpose flour,salt,oil.

Make a stiff dough using water.

Cover the dough and keep for 10 minutes.

Take small ball from dough and roll it thin.
- 5
Make small luchies.
- 6
Fry all luchies in medium hot oil.
- 7
Fry until golden brown.. Crispy.

Now in heavy bottom pan add milk and reduce upto it's half quantity.

Add cardamom and sugar in to reduced milk.

In a big pan pour Payesh on Luchies and keep 5 minutes on low flame.

After Luchies soaked Payesh properly serve with garnishing dry fruits and saffron strands.
