Heat oil and brown turkey
Add salt and pepper

Add onions saute til soften

Drain meat mixture

Add meat back to pan

Add mixed veggies and Cajun seasoning

Mix till veggies are warm

While that is cooking make potatoes according to directions ( I add a chicken bouillon cube and 2 tbsp pepper )

Pour meat mixture into small square bake pan top with potatoes smooth to cover all meat then top with cheese
