Steps

Wash bhindi wipe with cloth and cut it into2 pieces

In a kadai add 2tbs oil.then cummin seeds ginger garlic and add bhindi fry for 1-2 mins.

Now add gram flour and all dry masalas.

Mix well cover the lid and cook on low flame,if needed sprinkle water.

Check after 3-4 minutes once done add coriander leaves and off the gas.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with dal chawal.
