  • 1 stickbutter room temperature
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1 cupheavy whipping cream

    In a bowl mix the flour with the salt

    Add the cream and mix, if the mix is sticky add some flour

    Knead until forming a bun, the dough should not stick to your fingers

    Cover and reserve it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
