Peel The matoke and waru..and cut them....i cut them into halves

Boil the meat till tender and set aside broth

Add in 2tablespoons of oil and chopped onions,crushed garlic and ginger.... Cook till browned...

Add in your selected spices and cooking for two minutes

Put in the chopped tomatoes and grated carrots....add some broth and cover for 5min till tomatoes soften then smash with spatula to paste

Add in the potatoes and matoke ensuring it evenly mixes...

Add royco to the remaining broth and mix till it dissolves and add in the pot...

Cover and cover for 10-15min stirring every once in a while to prevent sticking...

Check to ensure that the potatoes are cooked

Add in the chopped Dhania and serve hot
