I love hamburgers!
Homemade hamburgers are fluffy and full of flavor, and are healthier than store-bought. Next time you make hamburger steak, give this a try!

When making the hamburger steak, you can set aside a small amount and use in a bento or for hamburgers.
I used tomato sauce, but you can use other sauces as well. Recipe by Yukijirushi

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1English muffins
  2. 1Margarine
  3. 1Lettuce
  4. 1 tbspHamburger Steak
  5. 1Tomato Sauce
  6. 1Egg
  7. 1Salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the English muffin in half and spread margarine on each side.

  2. 2

    If you have a muffin mold, coat the sides with shortening.

  3. 3

    Cook the muffin, hamburger steak, and egg in a frying pan. Season the sunny side up with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Fry only the buttered sides of the muffin. When lightly browned, transfer to a plate.

  5. 5

    When everything is cooked, arrange as you like and enjoy!
