Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbshrimp, no tails
  2. 11 ozpesto
  3. 1 jar (15 oz)Alfredo sauce
  4. 1zucchini, sliced
  5. 2 handfulsspinach or kale, hand shredded
  6. 1 lbangel hair pasta
  7. 2 tbspolive oil
  8. Parmesan cheese (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in large pot. Once at a boil, add pasta and cook until done.

  2. 2

    While getting water to a boil, heat olive oil in separate pot. Add zucchini and cook until almost done.

  3. 3

    Add pesto and Alfredo sauce to zucchini. Stir until combined. Stir in shrimp and spinach. Let sauce cook until heated through and shrimp is pink.

  4. 4

    Drain pasta once cooked. Add pasta back to large pot then add sauce. Mixed until combined.

  5. 5

    Serve hot and add Parmesan, if desired, to top of pasta before serving.
