Ingredients

  • 1 packetNoodles Hakka - (150 gms)
  • 1 cupCarrot Cabbage Beans , and chopped finely
  • 1/4 cupCapsicum - chopped finely
  • 1.5 tspsGarlic chopped -
  • 1 tspsGinger chopped
  • 3/4 tbspSchezwan sauce -
  • 1/2 tspSpring Onion (white part) -
  • 1 tspPepper powder -
  • 1 tbspOlive Oil -
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 to tasteTomato sauce tspSalt -

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water, add  noodles and  oil and required salt.Cook until noodles turn soft yet firm enough to bite into.Rinse it immediately in cold water.

    Add a tsp of oil and toss the noodles to avoid sticking, Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and onion, fry till it turns transparent.

  4. 4

    Add cabbage, carrot, beans and capsicum cook for 2 minutes on high flame, now add Schezwan sauce, pepper, soya and tomato sauce, cook for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add boiled noodles and give a nice toss, till the sauce and veggies coat the noodles evenly. Serve hot
