Boil water, add noodles and oil and required salt.Cook until noodles turn soft yet firm enough to bite into.Rinse it immediately in cold water.

Add a tsp of oil and toss the noodles to avoid sticking, Keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and onion, fry till it turns transparent.

Add cabbage, carrot, beans and capsicum cook for 2 minutes on high flame, now add Schezwan sauce, pepper, soya and tomato sauce, cook for 2 minutes.

Add boiled noodles and give a nice toss, till the sauce and veggies coat the noodles evenly. Serve hot
