Steps

Boil the matumbo with ginger for one hour

Drain the excess water and set the matumbo aside

Add 2tablespoon of oil in hot pot and add in the chopped onions, crushed garlic and chillies

Cook till browned and add in the spices and cook for about two minutes

Add in the Chopped tomatoes add some water and cover to let tomatoes soften

Crush the tomatoes with spatula,and add in the matumbo... And stir

Let it simmer for 5-7minutes to let the meat absorb the spices

Add in the hoho and let cook for 2minutes...add some water and stir to prevent sticking

Finally add in the chopped spring onions and cook for about 1minute

Add in the dhania... Stir and serve

I served with ugali and mboga kienyeji..
