Soaked Poha for 10 minutes.

Then put both dals, Poha, ginger paste, red chilli powder, salt, green chillies, hing, 1 cup water in grinder and grind it and make thick paste like pakora batter.

Then add black pepper powder, Eno and mix it nicely.

Then I have baked in microwave. Put batter in microwave mould and baked on micro for 4 minutes.

Then demould it with mould.

Then served the surti Locho with some green chutney, bhujia and coriander leaves.
