Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 sheetspuff pastry
  2. 350 gcottage cheese
  3. 3.5 tbspsugar
  4. 1 packagevanilla sugar
  5. 1 pieceegg
  6. 1 pieceegg yolk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dough roll, cut into the same squares.

  2. 2

    Cottage cheese is mixed with egg, sugar, vanilla sugar. (if the mixture is liquid add some flour)

  3. 3

    Pour the curd filling onto the dough.
    Grease the dough with egg yolk.

  4. 4

    Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 °.
