Ingredients

  1. 3.5 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1 tablespoonyeast
  3. 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1egg
  6. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. 50 gmelted butter (not hot)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the sifted flour, yeast, sugar, salt together (leave a half cup of flour and add it gradually after adding the liquids because you may not need it depending on the type of flour you are using)

    Add the egg, vanilla, milk and start mixing all together

  3. 3

    Add the butter and Knead the dough for 10-15min, or until the dough becomes soft

  4. 4

    Spray a little bit of vegetable oil in a bowl and then put the dough in it and cover it well.

    Let it rest in a warm place for a minimum of 1.5 hours

  6. 6

    Take the dough and shape it as you like

  7. 7

    Put the buns on a baking sheet, cover them and let them rest for 30min

  8. 8

    Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees and brush the buns with milk

  9. 9

    Bake them for around 20-30 min at 180degrees

  10. 10

    When you take them out directly brush them with milk and cover them with a cotton towel. Bon appetit ❤️

    They are perfect with anything literally 😋😋
