Soak basmati rice in the water after washing for 5 minutes

Take a pressure cooker and keep it on the medium flame

Let it become warm.and now add cumin..bay leaf..grated cardamom..cinnamon..allow them to sputter.

Now add red chilli powder garam masala powder..salt.stir it

Add all chopped veggies along with presoaked rice

Close the lid of the pressure cooker.keep it on the high flame..
