Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgbeef mince
  2. 1finely diced onion
  3. 1 tspcrushed garlic
  4. 1 tspfinely chopped ginger
  5. 1 tbspchopped corriander
  6. 2beaten eggs
  7. 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together until well combined

  2. 2

    Shape into fingers

  3. 3

    Bake in the oven at 250 0c for 30mins.

  4. 4

    Serve with Pancakes, a bowl of fruit salad, juice of your choice and chutney or ketchup for the kebabs.Enjoy.
